Engineering and Technology

Admission to B.Tech. First Year though Entrance Examination of SEEUPTU

Candidates, who have passed Intermediate from U.P. Board or (10+2) standard from other boards with Physics and Mathematics along with any one of the subject - Chemistry / Bio-Technology / Computer Science / Biology, are eligible for admission to First Year of 4 Years B.Tech. Program.

Admission to B.Tech. Second year through Lateral Entry Scheme

Candidates who have passed 3 Years Diploma or B.Sc. – PCM (With minimum 60% marks) from institutions recognized by the Board of Technical Education are eligible for admission to second year in any branch of Engineering / Technology except Agriculture Engineering.

Direct Admission

Direct admission on the seats of management quota and seats remaining vacant in first year after entrance examination would be filled as per the U.P. Technical University norms.

Scholarships will be given to meritorious students.

2 Years Program

Applicant should have a minimum of three year bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline with an aggregate of 50% marks recognized by Association of Indian Universities (AIU).

Recognized Bachelor’s Degree of Minimum 3 years. duration in Computer Applications, IT and Computer Science (BCA, B.Sc. – IT / Computer Science) with Mathematics as a course at 10+2 level or at Graduation level. The candidate must have obtained at least 50% (45% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying examinations.

Candidate must have mathematics as one of the subject at 10+2 or at graduation level.

Candidates appearing for the final year’s Examination for the bachelor degree can also apply.

Minimum of 3 Years Bachelor’s degree with 50% marks or equivalent in any discipline recognized by the Association of Indian Universities.

Selection Procedure

Selection to the program is based on score obtained by the candidate in the state entrance exam as per the university prescribed procedure.

Management Quota Seats

Selection will be done strictly on the basis of merit, which includes MAT/CAT score and GD/PI.

Management

A bachelor’s degree in any discipline as recognized by UGC, under 10+2+3 system with minimum 50% marks. Candidates appearing in the final year may also apply. A candidate must have a valid score in CAT / XAT / CMAT / MAT / ATMA.

Candidates, who are in the final year of graduation may also apply for PGDM with the condition that they submit their final year marks sheet by the stipulated time.

Admissions shall be made on the basis of marks obtained in the national / state competitions/our own entrance test (DMAT), GD, Interview and overall academic record.

Selection Procedure

The candidates are short listed on the basis of scores obtained in the entrance examination.

Short listed candidates are called for GD and Personal Interview by the Institute. Their academic record is also evaluated.

The final list is based on the score obtained in the Entrance Test, Group Discussion, Qualifying Exam, Personal Interview and Academic Record of the candidates.

Each component of evaluation shall have the following weight-age

Entrance Examination – 50% | Interview – 20% | Group Discussion – 15% | Academic Record – 15%

2 Years Program

Intermediate /10+2 from any recognized board .Having appeared in Uttar Pradesh Entrance Test (UPSEE) and/ on merit.

Intermediate /10+2 from any recognized board. Having appeared in U.P.B.T. E’s Entrance Test (JEE) and / on merit.

Eligibility Criteria

B.A.LL.B is an integrated dual degree course after 10+2. It incorporates the Bachelor’s degree course in Arts and Law. There is a strong interface between Law and Public Policy as the social, economic and political development of a society is completely dependent upon the various public policies made by government. Therefore, this programme focuses on multidisciplinary integrated learning of changing nature of socio-economic conditions of society and new developments.

The duration of this programme is five years where each academic year comprises of two semesters which includes regular classes and other practical activities like regular Moot courts, Mock trials, legal aid programme, etc. to enhance legal reasoning, skills and knowledge of students.

A candidate will be eligible for admission to B.A.LL.B course if he/she has passed 10+2 examination from any recognized board and has secured not less than 45% marks in case of General category 42% for OBC category and 40% marks in case of SC/ST category.

Eligibility Criteria

It is an integrated dual degree course after 10+2. It incorporates the Bachelor’s degree course in Commerce and Law. The course is designed to provide interrelationship and understanding of a wide range of managerial skills, competence in an area of commerce and law in its entirety. This course will equip students with the knowledge of accounting principles, export and import laws, economic policies and other aspects that impacts trade and business.

The duration of this programme is five years where each academic year comprises of two semesters which includes regular classes and other practical activities like regular Moot courts, Mock trials, legal aid programme, etc. to enhance legal reasoning, skills and knowledge of students.

A candidate will be eligible for admission to B.Com.LL.B course if he/she has passed 10+2 examination from any recognized board and has secured not less than 45% marks in case of General category 42% marks for OBC category and 40% marks in case of SC/ST category.

Eligibility Criteria

It is a three years course where each academic year comprises of two semesters. The programme is designed for the graduate students who want to opt for career in legal field. The course provides complete knowledge of the various contemporary laws and present legal system of India. This programme focuses on developing legal reasoning and enhancing legal skills and knowledge of students by various practical activities and regular classes.

A candidate will be eligible for admission to LL.B. programme if he/she has completed any bachelor’s degree from any recognized university and has secured not less than 45% marks in case of General, 42% marks in case of OBC and minimum 40% marks in case of SC/ST candidates.

Eligibility Criteria

DLC offers two years LL.M programme with specialization in

  • Business Law

  • Criminal Law

As per exam scheme of C.C.S. University, Meerut, first year (Semester I and II) will have common four compulsory subjects and students are required to choose any one Law Group in LL.M. II Year.

A candidate will be eligible for admission to LL.M programmeme if he/she has completed bachelor’s degree in Law (3 years or 5 years programmeme) from any recognized university in India.

He/she shall qualify the entrance exam conducted by C.C.S. University, Meerut.

To appear in entrance exam a candidate shall have a score of not less than 50% marks in LL.B. (3 Years or 5 Years) Programmeme.

Education

Candidates with at least 50% marks either in the Bachelor’s Degree and/or in the Master’s degree or any other qualification equivalent there to, are eligible for admission.

Admission Procedure

Admission shall be made on merit on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or in the entrance examination (according to Common Entrance Test conduct by University / U.P. State Government) or any other selection process as per the policy of the U.P. State Government Administration and the University.

Fee

The institution shall charge only such fee as prescribed by the affiliating body / U.P. State Govt. concerned in accordance with provisions, as amended from time to time and does not charge donations, capitation fee etc from the students.
