Important Note:

Batches Eligible: 2015, 2016 (Passed Outs); 2017 (Passing Outs) Positions/Job Profiles are for – All Graduates (including B. Pharmacy/BPT/MPT) & “B.Com + MBA/PGDM”. Profile Offered (Eligible Streams) - Job Profile further details have been given below at the end of this document.

  • Healthcare Process – “B.Sc. - Life Science/Zoology/Botany/Biology/Biotech/Bio Medical Science/Microbiology/Biochemistry”, B. Pharmacy/BPT/MPT
Total No. of Positions available: 1000+ (Many opening in different profiles, depending upon candidate's eligibility and performance at the time of recruitment process) Place of Job – Delhi NCR/Gurgaon/Noida Position offered – Process Associate Package/ salary – Compensation totally depends on the profile. However the Minimum salary offered is “INR 10,000 in hand + incentives + insurance + other benefits per month” rest depends on candidate’s performance at the time of interview process. Training period – Depends on the profile, but typically training is “for 6-8 Weeks i.e. 1.5-2 months” for most of the profiles. Post successful completion of training, the candidate should be comfortable with signing “service agreement for a year (This is Not a Bond)”.

Bond needs to be signed if - (Only for any employee travelling on “Foreign Assignment” i.e. if they are sending abroad by organization) – Then employee needs to sign a bond for 2 years as it involves investment from company.

Recruitment Process: The hiring activity will start at 9:40 AM and will include the mentioned rounds to complete the hiring procedure

Round 1 : HR
Round 2 : VNA(I-Speak)
Round 3: AMCAT (Pen-paper test)
Candidates clearing above mentioned will be given conditional “Offer Letter” and can join after completion of course subject to clearance of managerial/business line round at the time of joining.


Finance & Accounting
  1. (B.Com Or “B.Com + MBA/PGDM” only)
  2. Should have strong accounting knowledge.
  3. Able to explain theoretical concepts & accounting principles.
  4. Should have proficient communication skills
  5. Open for 24*7 working Environment.
Banking, Financial Services and Insurance
  1. (Any graduate except Tech graduate)
  2. Should have Knowledge of Banking, Financial Services and Insurance.
  3. Data Analysis, Interpretation, Data Review.
  4. Investigate and make decision.
  5. Good Analytical skills
  6. Basic computer skills
  7. Excel Skills – Basic
  8. Typing speed – 25 - 30 WPM with 90% accuracy.
  9. Proficient written English skills (Good grammar and vocabulary)
  10. Good Communication Skills
Voice (Customer Services/ Collections)
  1. (B.Tech / BCA and Any graduate)
  2. Should possess basic Technical Support/ Network Troubleshooting.
  3. Should be Comfortable with Customer Service/ Customer Support.
  4. Should have excellent communication skills.
  5. Open for 24*7 working Environment.
Life Sciences Profile
For “B.Sc. - Life Science/Zoology/Botany/Biology/Biotech/Bio Medical Science/Microbiology/Biochemistry”, B. Pharmacy/BPT/MPT Key Skills:
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology, clinical diagnoses, impairments & treatments
  • Good communication skills (Written & verbal)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Claims Processing & Adjudication basis the hospital invoice received and payer specific policies and guidelines
  • Analyze the insurance Policy document and make decision on claims eligibility.
  • Call Hospital provider and have conversation around the impairment, procedure & diagnosis codes.
  • Working in Healthcare process wherein assess claims for Client products.
  • Work on the commission reports sent by the client.
